Types

Family Public Housing offers a variety of housing types and sizes including 10 one-bedroom apartments for the elderly and/or disabled, 59 two-bedroom apartments, 65 three-bedroom townhouses, and nine four-bedroom townhouses. Each apartment and townhouse has complete kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The apartments and townhouses are located throughout the Borough of Carlisle.

Tenants pay all utilities with the exception of sewer and water. Heat, hot water, and cooking are gas. A refrigerator and gas range is provided. A washer and dryer hook-up is provided in each apartment/townhouse except for the Grandview Court and Cherry Court sites, which have laundry buildings on the premises.
