Lease/Purchase Homeownership Programs. The authority takes applications from income eligible households who wish to participate in three year lease/purchase homeownership programs. Homes are older, extensively rehabilitated properties as a rule. Commercial Façade Rehabilitation. Matching grants are provided to owners of commercial property in the downtown to renovate the façade of the building in a historically compatible manner.
