The application for our housing programs can now be completed and submitted on line. Within the left hand column of our web pages you can click on the link "On Line Application" and follow the instructions to complete and submit the application. Don't forget when prompted to print out the required forms, sign them and return with copies of birth certificates and social security cards. Only until these are received will your application be considered complete.

We currently have vacancies or very short waiting lists for the following buildings (please note eligibility requirements). If you are interested in any of these buildings or other buildings we manage, please contact the building manager or (717) 249-7797. You may also click here for a description of all the buildings we manage. One West Penn Apartments is now accepting applications for residency. If you are 55 or older or mobility impaired, please contact (717) 249-7797 for an application. Income limits apply (one person--$22,950; two persons--$26,250). Rent is based on 30% of monthly adjusted income. East Gate Apartments is accepting application for residency. If you are 62 or older, please contact (717) 249-9800 for an application. Income limits apply (one person--$22,950; two persons--$26,250). Rent is below market value and includes all utilities. Valley Ridge Apartments is accepting applications for residency. If you are 62 or older or disabled, please contact (717) 249-7797 or (717) 249-1315. Income limits apply (one person--$22,950; two persons--$26,250). Rent is based on 30% of monthly adjusted income.
